George Carlin: Rest In Peace

He's unknown to many who are reading this but if you're at least 40, and maybe younger, you probablly  know the name.  Although he was too crude for some, anyone familiar with his comedy would have to admit he was one of the most creative comics on the scene.  I'll miss him.

RIP great comic: cutting at times and challenging as the best comedians always are (Bill Cosby might be the exception that proves the rule).

He was great.  And I am a conservative and was in the military.  We all loved his humor and it was always entertaining.  More recently, my young son watches Tom the Tank Engine CD's narrated by George.  Multi-talented and a lift to all I know who listeded closely.

Funny funny funny guy, I totally agree that he was one of the most creative comics ever. His humor will be missed (and I'm not even 30.)

RIP George.

I'm 20 and am a big fan of George. Comedy today wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for him.

He was also in Dogma which is one of his latest movie roles. He played the Bishop who pitched "Buddy Christ".
