Was I wrong? I simply stated something reasonable and mature. I can see why chess.com community club disabled their forums for everyone to make.

Just wanted to share. I like clubs but I recommend if you don't want your notifs lagging like crazy do not join this club. I recently gave them good advice in the notes of the club when they all wanted to "kill themselves"
Or, you could be smart and not join any clubs at all. All I ever see is childish drama occurring, and that’s why I don’t enjoy them or join them.
And it also sucks to see that people are faking suicdal thoughts and whatnot for a bit of attention. It says a lot about them and the measures they’ll go to for attention on a chess site.

Well my club now is an affiliate club which gives out memberships to members who win contests and stuff. I also help other clubs.

hmm, chess.com is not stack exchange or Reddit. Don't care about the downvotes. I think I once got some 10 downvotes for telling someone to stop spamming, so just forget about it. Not like there's a reputation system on chess.com that will decrease your points every time someone downvoted you. Not to be mean but, your comments and the thing you tried to talk into those people are mature all right, but caring about the downvotes and even making this forum about it is....not exactly mature.

I am not caring about the downvotes. I am caring for how poor the community is. They support rule breaking and just immaturity and attention seeking. Thats what upsets me
