This year, exclusively Romas, which I'm proud to say are dropping off the vine faster than I can eat them.
Good Year for Tomatoes
This year we had record cold and wet Spring weather, and the Summer hasn't been quite as hot as usual either.
Result: Still waiting on a ripe Early Girl and Beefy Boy, though some are pretty red. My Lemon cucumber and Marketmore cucumber is producing okay but it took awhile. My heat loving habanero plants just have some small green peppers, and I'm not expecting much from them as they are quite a long season plant for me in the best year. I've got them in containers so I can keep them alive and healthy into November at least but that may not be enough time the way they look now. My bell pepper is okay, has produced a few bells, and i'm just waiting for them to turn red.
I didn't bother with any melons this year.
Sugar snap peas were done by early July.

I have a good tomato harvest in my garden this year, and I'm happy. I grew Fourth of July tomatoes, Better Girl, Beefsteak, Beefmaster and Brandywines. I also grew bok choy, eggplant, cucumbers, poblano and Hungarian wax peppers and crook neck squash. What did you grow in your garden?
