I just downloaded Google Chrome and played a live chess game with the browser and it worked just fine. I'm also writing this using the Google Chrome browser right now. Nice.
It can be downloaded from here.

Check out section 11.1 of the Chrome EULA:
11.1 You retain copyright and any other rights that you already hold in Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content, you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content that you submit, post or display on or through the Services. ...
Holy cats! That's BOLD!
Yeah, I don't plan to use Chrome due to the EULA. I sometimes view personal e-mails or even confidential information on my web browser. I'm not willing (or able) to grant Google the right to store and publish the webpages that I visit.

Holy cats! That's BOLD! and they really expect people to use this????????????? not for me thank you
Just recompile the open source code... rename it something else like "Chromium" and bypass the EULA all together.
The EULA was causing a global uproar, so it looks like they've already changed the licensing text

You beat me to it - I was going to post that link myself!
I'm not planning on switching away from Firefox any time soon - if ever - but Chrome has enormous potential and I will be using it as my secondary browser from now on (in place of Opera). Don't even mention IE!
It seems to be true - Google is about to release it's own browser. I'm a big fan of Firefox, but I also use quite a lot of Google applications (especially Reader, Mail, Docs and Maps) so I'm really excited to see what it will be like.
The comic-book introduction is here.
Anyone else as excited as me? Or are you not bothered?
P.S. I think the sound we can hear in the background is Jay passing out as he wonders whether the new browser will break LIVE CHESS.
Just kidding!!!
