Man what happened while I was asleep

So I guess let’s skip ahead a bit, fast forward to the doodle champion island games, where they compete every four years. The original chosen one, Calvin (the one that’s asleep on Oni Island) was originally said to be the chosen one before lucky. This means he has been sleeping for at least four years.
After the 7 sports are all beaten, the island’s balance is restored, but the player can still complete side quests. The final side quest is to find the real trophy master, which turns out to be Momo. They then realize that since they played each other’s doodles, they were controlling each other, but then who was controlling who? They decide to not think about it so they don’t end up in an “existential quandary”. Upon returning to the trophy house and talking to Momo, she mentions that she still has to finish the game, which is because the last trophy was to find Momo. Because she didn’t bring her computer with her, she actually DID finish the game, but she doesn’t know that. But then the question remains, who controls Lucky after Momo goes back to the trophy house? US. But then that raises another question… are WE Momo? But if we’re Momo from Magic Cat Academy (or MCA for short, which I may call it again from time to time), then does that mean that we’re being controlled by Lucky? But if we’re playing as Lucky, are we Luck or Momo? This is the very existential quandary that the two cats tried to avoid.
