I agree. But it might have been better for me if I had watched them before reading the books, (as you have), because when I saw them for the first time, I thought, 'This is amazing, but they could have been so much better if they hadn't changed/left out [something from the books]!'

original: After what seemed like an eternity of falling and swirling,
Lily came in contact with solid ground. She opened her
eyes, groaning. She was back in her room.

they had been left lying on the ground.

"WHAT?!? What do you mean, he's--OH MY GOSH DANG
KENPO!!!!" he shrieked as a smaller voice interrupted him
at his end. Lily and Potato grinned at each other as they
heard the brothers reunite on the other end, with a lot of
screaming. Potato left to go back to his room, and Lily
heard him connect back to the discord call.
"BRO! HOW AM I ALIVE!" came Mango's shocked voice.
"Mango!!! You're alive!" BoyMcBoy could be heard through
the call, although he sounded rather winded, as thought he
had landed back home rather painfully. (which he had)
"BMB! You're alive!!" Kenpo rejoined the call with the
enthusiasm of someone who had just found a long lost
puppy.
"KENPO!" BMB shrieked.
"I don't believe this! Everyone's fine! No-one's dead!" Lily
exclaimed happily, yet shocked at the same time. The call
was blowing up with excited chatter as everyone realised
that it was over: they were all alive and they were back
home.
"Everyone's back! Kenpo, Skelly, Mango, Potato, Lily and...
and..." BoyMcBoy trailed off, and the discord call fell silent.
"...Z-zevo..." Nothing could be heard except for a small
buzzing static.
"I...I'm here..." Zevo finally said, for he had been the whole
time. No-one said anything.
"I...uh..." it was obvious he was trying to say something,
but the words wouldn't come.
"I just want to say--"
"Dude..." Skelly interrupted. "Just forget it."
"What?" said Zevo and everyone else at the same time.
"I said, forget it. There's no point dwelling in the past, and
its all over now anyway."
"If there's no point in dwelling in the past, can we forget
about those doritoes?" came a voice."
"No, shut up, Kenpo. My point is," said Skelly. "is that even
though you tried to kill us--"
"Did." chimed Kenpo, Potato and Mango.
."--fine, did, you did kill most of us off, but we're alive,
we're all home again, and we're safe and--"
"Skelly, we get it. We're forgiving him." said BoyMcBoy.
"We are?"
"Yes, shut up Kenpo. We're forgiving him."
"I haven't even apologised yet!" Zevo protested.
"Dude, do you want us to forgive you or not?"
"Of course, but... ok, look, I really am sorry for what I did,
alright?" Zevo sighed, exasperated.
"It's ok, Zac, we forgive you," Lily reassured him. The call
filled with agreement. There was a still silence after that.
