Groups inactivity.

I've seen some REALLY nice groups go under in the last 6 months. Almost all the nicest smaller groups are either dead or might as well be. Why is this, what has changed in 6 months?

I don't know. To be honest we were super inactive, with 150 people and almost all inactive just 3 months ago. I took a break from chess.com and did all I could to transform my group, King hunters, and now we are very active with 650+ people. It could become inactive if not careful though, i wish i knew
