Harry Potter and the goblet of fire in short- someone puts paper in a flaming cup and harry po’er almost dies a lot
Sorcerer's or Philosopher's stone: A little kid (Harry Potter) finds out he has magical abilities, goes to a castle to become a wizard, meets 2 friends (Ron and Hermione), finds out about a stone that can make you immortal, he thinks this sketchy teacher wants it, but really its his teacher who is possessed by the man that killed his parents 10 years ago, he shows up to get the stone, meets his possessed teacher who tries to kill him, fails, dies, and Harry survives, the head wizard of the castle destroys the stone, the end.
