Looks like bigots are trying to derail, kick up fuss, and get something they don't like locked again. Oof.

Silly.

I'm indefatigable.

Sure. Why not.

I can't do the dance either, but it looks fun.

My unmatched perspicacity, coupled with sheer indefatigability, makes me a feared opponent in any realm of human endeavor. So badass.

Isn’t that a quote from Emory Tate how random

Says she's been a b**ch and by b**ch she means rain... so... so "she's been rain" ?

Says "I hope you're up girl cuz we are all comin over"

But in the beginning the voice recording that says to leave a message is a man's voice tongue.png

Nah, but it's fun.

It's not unusual for gay men to refer each other with female terms. Especially in a drag culture context, where the word Kiki comes from.

Walking around in itaewon after 3 large shots of rum in the morning on an empty stomach - my kids are doing their makeup and it's already 10am here so I'm pissed (both ways) and then I see this.

Guess I'll have to come back in the evening to see if it's legit.

Edit: dl, if it's inappropriate for whatever reason, I'll remove it.

I'd love to know the story behind that shopfront and its name.

Living in a reasonable inclusive place (society wise and only recently law wise), I get annoyed by all this "pride" activity since to me the fight was mostly over but then this afternoon I saw this just near the subway station nearest to me (itaewon)

I told that lady preaching on the mic that she should keep her sermons to the church but she didn't understand English and just replied "Jesus Christ". Well, that was me told. Who could argue against that? Nobody else said anything. Anyway didn't want to stir up trouble in a foreign land when I have kids to take care of.

Apparently this area houses minorities like Muslims and blacks (saw a few, was surprised and some to them as well, all friendly folks) as well as a meeting point for LGBT folks (didn't see them yet).

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homo_Hill

Apparently most of the activity happens after 1am so I'm going to miss it.

Sadly, the fight for gay rights is far from over.
