Nah, for the last couple of years the richest guy in the UK has been - Lakshmi Mittal.. Quite high up in Forbes with nearly £15bn... better watch out Mr. Gates!

The queen is even less, the royal jewels and estates dont "belong" to her now... so she is about £300m.
