I agree Jamie and a very successful business it is too. However if you continue to treat your customers badly they will start leaving in droves. There are plenty of other chess sites out there. Also members will choose to to stop paying for the premium accounts. That will not lead to a healthy balance sheet.

people leaving due to mismanagement has been happening already. the problem is that each valued individual that leaves is then "replaced" by 100 kids, some of whom have paid accounts from their parents.
so, while your theory makes sense, reality is the bottom line both you and jamie reference. it's quantity over quality.




You may well be right but at least I'm trying to help a friend who has been muted unfairly. She is also an Admin of Team Scotland where I am a SA. I fight hard for my members and my Admins. Don't feel that I should be criticized for this. Do you not support your members or your Admin team?
