earlier I couldn’t comment in any forums and it’s happening to a lotta ppl here
you can still make forums but it says you have reached your limit to make comments at this time or smthlike that

It’s a mute that has been happening since yesterday
ur not actually muted but for some time cc doesn’t let u post comments but u can still make forums and send dms etc
