Hi,
I'm sorry for bothering you but I'm really pannicking right now. I have a membership and I tried cancelling it all day long but it doesn't cancel. It shows that I still have acces to the melbership untill 22 februari 2022 which is insane and can't be right because I wan't it to be cancelled. I contacted support but they don't reply fast and I need an answer quickly. Thank you very much and I'm sorry for bothering you.
