No i cut the footage to how i want it on the marker or before the marker.
So the clip has to be the exact length or longer and then you trim the excess. Got it.
it looks like you add effects for a shake?

Yes i do sometimes and i add a cutout transition/other transitions too.
What is a cutout transition? Any fave transitions?
My favorite transitions are blur dissolve, smooth cut, luma wipe, edge glow. A cutout transition is when you cut out the background of an image and then make it transition into the video through the previous clip
@midnight I create content from my bike rides. Last fun video was racing a Ferrari GT in downtown traffic. Well… I wasn’t racing… it was just an edit with adding some text. May I ask for some edit suggestions? I’m not at my computer but will share a link for some feedback.

Watch tutorials on which editing software you are using. Learn how the effects/transitions work on your footage. Learn editing techniques like how to use keyframes and/or smooth them out
@dove I don’t know what you’re talking about
@midnight the marker is the transition point. Between markers are you just adding still images or videos? If it’s a video, how are you controlling the length (does it automatically adjust speed to fill the gap to the next marker?
