Do each step line by line. 

 

 

Think of any number between 1 and 10. 

 

 

Multiply it by 7. 

 

 

Add 23 to that. 

 

 

Switch the digits around. 

 

 

Divide it by 5. 

 

 

Minus 14. 

  

 

Tricked you - That just wasted your time.  I told you it was clever.

2. 42 (multiplied by 7)

3. 65 (added 23)

4. 56 (digits flipped)

5. 11.2 (divided by 5)

6. -2.8 (subtracted 14)
