I gotta agree with the OP - most of today's pop music IS cr_p and 1-2 years from now, most of today's artists will be "Doja WHO?" Sorry to be so blunt but I'm just saying it how it is.

You may not like her style of music but she can sing everything from opera to metal, jazz to country, dance to traditional, old-school pop. She has 7 Grammys and 1 Oscar - she's obviously doing something right. And she is an astonishing live act.

I totally agree that it's better - I listen to C.C.M. all the time - especially Needtobreathe.
personally, my favorite genre is metal and my favorite artists include Christ Christodolou (Made the music for the game Risk of Rain), MASTER BOOT RECORD, AC/DC, Metallica, Keygen Church (#1 My favorite artist, also a sub project of MASTER BOOT RECORD), and Heaven Pierce Her (Made the game ULTRAKILL and the music for it)
