How can I grow my chess channel?

Hello every chess lover! I am ChessGeek, and I have a channel I started a month ago. I feel that I am growing slowly and was just opening this topic for a few ideas you might have. Please let me know of the following:

1)Feedback: How can I improve my channel/videos

2)Suggestions: How can I grow as a youtuber or just a content maker (can be on other social platforms)

3)Help: If you want (up to you) I would be so grateful if you could check out my channel and just help a new chess youtuber out.

4) Reach: If you could tell your other friends/family/etc. that also like chess of my channel then I would be forever grateful!
