How can you repost your old forums you've posted before back into 1st page?

I've seen posts in 1st page saying it was posted just now and it already has 1,000 comments so i'm guessing they're reposts but how do you do it?

1st page of what?

You can't repost a thread. All you can do is to post on the end of a thread. (bumping) If you bump any particular thread too often, you risk being accused of spam posting.
