Playing till checkmate is perfectly acceptable, even though many players would rather have their opponents resign.

Stalling intentionally, however, is not permitted on this site.

You can always report the user for stalling if you feel unjustified with your outcome.

It sad to be losing in first two minutes when you are playing ten minute game.

For sure, but it's more because many people at my level (1400) don't know proper theory and because of that sometimes I am able to get a large advantage in a very short amount of time. It's not that my opponent did anything wrong per se, they just didn't come prepared and played the most natural-looking move.

It's very annoying when playing 10-minute matches that you win in the first 2 minutes playout for the full game time. Sometimes in games, I walk away from an opening with 1 piece or more. This always carries over into an easy win for me, unless my opponent is much better than me. However, my opponent often stalls and uses his entire clock. I find this very annoying, as I would rather be playing an actual game instead of a 15-minute cleanup round. Are there any methods that people use to make opponents resign quickly?

lmao if you really have a problem against people stalling then just find something productive to do while keeping the computer open like read a book or smth

You can try going into chat and saying something like " you are 10 points behind.  Why keep playing????"

Also, if you claim to be so much better than other players at your elo, then you should be winning most of your games, bringing you to a higher elo with people at your skill level.
