Almost all your recent games have ended rather quickly. You should improve your fundamentals by watching videos first, and analyze each game you play thoroughly.

Analyze the first 10 moves of every game win or lose. Look at the best moves and put effort to remember them and stay consistent. Do puzzles, spend at least 2 minutes on every puzzle looking at everything. Once you get a good understanding do what everyone else is saying. Good luck.

but I won all my recent games lol thanks tho im in the 600s again I just changed the way I started and I'm doing good now I've been sticking with the same opening and strat for a while I think that was my problem.
