Practice not only saying ‘no’ to requests from others, but also do so without feeling the need to provide any explanation or justify your answer.
’No’ is a complete statement in itself.

DONT get rid of it, just be more wise with it, think more. They dont oppose eachother.
#1 Maybe ur jst shy… and it also depends how old you r. But if you really want to get rid of ur empathy i would suggest doing what you think is wrong and be mean to the other person back… you need to really toughen up(no offense) if you want to get that person back for whatever they did
