how much chess is to much

Like I’m have fun studying and playing but now it’s starting to effect my everyday life and a Break is good and all but if I take one I’ll have nothing to do because all I really do is play chess so like what do I do here

But seriously you say it's affecting your life but also nothing is going on in your life... well which is it?
If it's affecting your life then you don't have to stop completely, just find a way to do it less.
Chess is the only thing I care about 🤔
