I jog 1km everyday but I feel my legs hurt and I feel like I jog wrong? so I wonder if you guys jog everyday or just take a rest day like "today's jog tomorrow rest" 🏃🏃🚶🫄
depends how athletic you are 🤷♂️ i’m a runner so for me it looks more like run 12k one day, 8k some, 15k others, and easy days for me are around 5k and sunday is always a rest day with 0 running
1k a day should be fine and if you’re gonna do a rest day, maybe 1 to2 a week? preferably one so you don’t lose your athleticism. running is like that your progress can disappear over a week or two
