just make the forum interesting somehow, i guess... but it's often a coincidence if there come some talkative people or not..

If you just make a forum saying my drawings( it doesn't even have to be good) or just say today's my birthday, or say Face reveal( and maybe give a face of a celebrity)... these kind of topics are clickbait, people will definitely feel the need to come in and post something in comments. (If its real amazing drawings or real birthday or real face reveal, you could do that too ) =)
