How to make simple, delicious cupcakes 🧁

Hi friends! It’s me, Lily, and today I’ll be showing you how to make some really yummy cupcakes. It’s my birthday party tomorrow, so I decided to make these. 

You will need:

150g flour

150g butter 🧈 

4 tablespoons sugar

2 eggs 🥚

Enough milk to make a paste (a few splashes)

Method:

1. Mash the butter and sugar in a bowl until creamy. 

2. Add the eggs, blend well until smooth. 

3. Sieve in the flour and mix.

4. Add the milk and stir until it looks like this:

Note: This is my one that I made myself. 

6. Cook  in cupcake cases for  20 mins, 17 minutes 160 Celsius and the last three minutes at 180 Celsius.

Oh, sorry. You need 1 gram of baking powder in that too.
