Peanut butter cookies

You will need: 

77g caster sugar

250g flour

1/4 stick butter

1 egg yolk

35g peanut butter 

Method:

1. Mix the butter and sugar until smooth 
2. Add 200g flour, egg, and mix well.
3. Add the peanut butter, and mix until gloopy
4. Add the rest of the flour to make a dough.If it’s not enough, add more.

Bake at 180°C until golden brown for 15 mins.
