Get a usb flash drive, download the steam installer, put it on the flash drive, now take the flash drive, plug it into your Chromebook, take the installer out of the flash drive and run it.
Make sure it’s the chromeOS version.

Depends
Some districts are more advanced then others
If u are in one of the less advanced ones, u can prob access the App Store, and just download everything from there
If not, then the simplest way is prob a factory reset, then connect it to your hotspot, cuz the school WiFi will mess it up again

It works even while I'm not connected to school wifi. My school uses light speed filtering agent & goguardian. They've blocked detailed forums on chess.com that are about using proxies etc. Tbh I'm not sure I'd want to power wash My computer either as I still need my stuff for school. Btw my school might block this so I'ma add u just in case.
Nd by "it works", I mean the filtering agent. It works even when I'm at home which sucks cause Im tech-less rn.

My district is very advanced because the wifi trick only works for some things and the things it doesn't work on don't load at all.

The wifi trick is where you reload the page as soon as the internet comes back after turning it off and turning it back or switching internet and and getting the password wrong to turn iff wifi for 1 second to reload.
