humans have always selectively bred, but that's long and complicated
We know how the world works. Those who have desirable traits will pass them on, and those who don’t will die
we have genetic modification coming soon we have no need for that. Some people already say stupid people shouldn't breed. Also this is highly dependant on how people are raised as well, just like how well animal meat tastes depends on how well they're treated in the farm.
