Humans are social creatures. You can't quit the online BS social stuff unless you replace it with something. So for example, get involved in your local community in some way, for example volunteer your time for community service.

You can also take up a hobby that puts you in contact with people, like a book club, or similar with art, music, or even chess.

For some people an easy way to get involved with others is joining a local church.

Hmm....but as a matter of fact....I never talk to people in person.......I have got some trouble when it comes to socialising in reality......this is the perhaps one of the reason why I have resorted to online friendships and stuff....

No matter the person or the reason, changes are never comfortable. You say it's ruining your life, so it becomes a question of whether the impact is negative enough that you're willing to make changes. No one can decide when that line is crossed except you.

Umm...now this is a thought provoking idea

Yeah, and you know, it doesn't need to be a 10 year commitment. Try a month, a week, or even a single day. Put away the electronics and visit a local place and talk to someone. How was it? You can start with something simple and see how it goes. If nothing else you start to become more aware of the options around you.

Dude, you need a kitten, seriously.

Another alternative would be a bun or a guinea pig. Your life will be better.
