Chatterbox is a very tough achievement for me to get. In my two years at chess.com, I am only at 1070 chats. I would appreciate any hints/help you can give me to increase that number to 10,000. What do I talk about?

Go in forums and(/or) clubs and just be active in them and you will get it in no time.
