Reality TV is not the only problem with television today. I have not had cable-tv ( or satellite-tv ) for over 10 years. Sometimes people ask me if I miss it and I guess that MLB baseball is the one thing that I miss. As for movies, well I do have a lot of videos. When I visit people and have a chance to see what is on television I ask myself is I want to pay a monthly fee to see that stuff ( so far the answer is no ).

Recently a reality-show came to mind from the old black & white TV days. The show was " You Asked For It " and people wrote in to see specific things of interest. I remember one segment featured an old Model A Ford that ran on alcohol. They poured a couple of bottles of Vodka into the fuel tank of the car and then drove off ( in a straight line yet lol ).

Well we have sunk to a new low for reality TV: snake grabbing. Okay then and next week why not try some land-mine tossing ? Boy that sounds like fun fun fun.

Yes Springer has some real characters on his show, sad to see what some people get themselves into ( as Doctor Phil often says: " What the he-- were you thinking ? " lol ).
I can't deal with reality TV BUT, there's a new show premiring Mon 6/1 and its a behind the scenes look at the making of those Bachelor shows. I think its called "Unreal". http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3314218/
