I hate the discrimination

I like Tactics Trainer. 
I want unlimited Tactics Trainer.
I don't want stats or databases or archives or anything I am not interested in and which I therefor am not willing to pay for.
Why are there only platinum, gold and diamond members?  Why are there no lesser metal or semi-precious stone members for those who are not part of the bourgeoisie or have filthy rich parents?

Unlimited Tactics Trainer costs a platinum or diamond member 40c a month. Why can I not be a tinfoil or copper member for 40c a month and only get Unlimited Tactics Trainer or the stuff I want and will use?
Are we the commoners, the bulk of the membership, the backbone of the site and the cornerstone of chess.com not worthy this small consideration? 
It could potentially see even more millions flowing into the coffers  of chess.com so they do not stand to lose anything.

I want Tactics Trainer and possibly Chess Mentor only at 40c a month.

Awesome kaynight we are happy for you although that reply probably rates as -13 ( minus thirteen) on the funny scale. I don't want free stuff I want affordable options for the stuff I want to use.

See now we are making progress. I did not notice the diamond next to your name before, do tell how many of the diamond member options you use on a weekly basis and if you would not prefer picking a more practical membership package at a cheaper rate.

Oh see how the privileged member first tries to be funny and then suddenly turns all sour and formal once the brittle facade of trollishness caves in. You are bitter because you know you are not using 80% of the stuff your little diamond represents , you are bitter and all twisted up inside because you know I have both reason and logic in my camp.

exactly MegaMind13 ,they can only gain from this. did you know the average retirement age of chess.com staff is 32? The money does not come from memberships but from ads ....more members,more ads,more money.So keep your members happy by offering them more choice and quality service.

Did you know a ' Calamondin' is a kind of apple made out of pure gold and only grows on Mount Olympus which is in Spain where chess.com staff all have villas.

but seriously if chess.com has 10 000 000 members we know from experience that you devide by 32 and multiply by 0.2 which means only 62500 are active if just 20% of them pays an extra 40c a month it works out to another 500 000 dollars in your pocket.

My thinking is that for 40c per month you keep the ads, this way everybody wins. it must somehow register that more people are active on the site which will make it more appealing for companies to advertise on cc.
