Take deep breaths

Try not to tunnel vision/zone in/out so much and focus while listening to your surroundings

Probably will not work but you can try

Also that I have anxiety which acts like ADHD

Could be ADHD but probably not by then again the only people I can easily become friends with are also people with ADHD im usually too energetic for most people (or was until middle school/highschool )

you are fine the way you are! :) just because you have adhd doesn't mean you need therapy, however if the adhd gives you problems, easily lose focus studying for example, then asking for help can actually be good for you

#3 if you want to lower the strength of it, I know it sounds new age and dumb but a simple mindfulness meditation helps a lot. Don’t do anything silly, just spend 2-5 minutes (or less if it’s really bad ADHD) focusing on your breathing, and if your mind wanders, just switch gently back to breathing.

It won't fix the adhd part but it should help with tunnel vision problems quite a bit for some people depending on the person
