call it (if you will) the responseability of creating a thread, and the privilege of making people comfortable.

Tom. You should take me off your list. This is too much of a "click" aura for me. You are forming a team, I will not be part of a team, unless there is some kind of competition.
Your thread your rules. But take me off the list. There is a feeling of "I'm now in this group". Group is fine, if I wanted to be in it. Or said, "pick me pick me!" This is highly not the case here. I have no problems with anyone, espesh with who's on the list.
