Think of it as a challenge. One day at a time, do not even look at the forums. Spend that time with your parents and doing things outside. Away from trees. And holes in the ground. And if you think people recognize you wear a costume.

Start small. Skip one whole day. And don’t worry about skipping a whole week. Just do one day. Journal what that day is like.

Correct, maybe not. But “not fun” does not mean “not good”.
However, if you do not do it you will never know what the experience is like.
