I think I have superpowers!

There are many cases of these phenomena appearing throughout my life. Like, whenever I walk around a girl they disappear. It must be transferring my powers to them when I get close! Also, sometimes I jump off buildings or fall down, and I somehow teleport to the hospital, I don’t know how! Whenever I get cut red power leaks from my skin. Sometimes I put my hand in fire and after a few minutes I can’t feel the heat anymore! If I rub my hand against fabric for awhile I get lightning powers as well. I often go underwater, and I think I can breathe under it, however, if I do breathe underwater I teleport back to the top; it’s quite annoying! It must be a side effect of the power. Also, somehow I’m still a baby after many years! Does anyone have an explanation?
