I have some issues in my old account like I am not able to create blogs/articles, then I got muted for verbal abuse when I did not abuse. 
Join my club "Humans Power Nature". I will transfer ownership to my new account and offer friend requests to my friends on the older account. I have not closed yet, but I will begin the operations later or tomorrow. I will be there on chess.com

Don't do that. That will just lead to both accounts being closed.

I can't list examples here but I can see your history. There are some words that are not allowed on the site.  If you stop using them, you will stop having problems.

Your account was muted so that you would change your behavior after a period where you could think about it.

@justbefair is correct. You must have said those words that are not allowed on chess.com. Plus, He is a moderator who is basically in chess.com staff, so he knows better than you and me.

Creating an account to evade being muted could result in account closure. You should contact support about your first account and see about getting the mute removed and close this one.

I already said sorry!!!!! Pls don't close my account! I wasn't aware of it!!
