Invest heavily in servers, employ many more people in help and support, make moderators paid employees, remove all automated technology which mutes/responds to support requests.
I think a time limit for posting would be good, mainly to avoid bot accounts. I’ve seen my fair share of them. They will come in with no games played and advertise some website.
This forum sure has gathered a lot of interest.

Its very difficult to define . I constantly have to keep updating the definition , since the stupidity of the kids has got no bounds . And it keeps evolving .
