Not really...
I'm hunting for a new job...

I've decided to keep this job at Pizza 73 only as long as it takes me to either find a better job or a full-time job elsewhere.
Edit: That just might be today, as I got a call from Tim Hortons and am waiting on another call from them.

Time for another update:
Tim Hortons never got back to me, but that's okay. I got an interview at 2 PM at the local KFC. Depending on how that goes, I may apply at Wendy's, got a reference for it, and they pay higher than McDonalds. I may also check in at a few other places as well, once again depending on how the interview at KFC goes. I'll let you know how that turns out!

I'm waiting for a phone call for a follow-up interview. The store manager said I should expect it by tomorrow.

Huge news in my job hunt:
I will be going one day shortly to Edmonton for a job interview. Looks like Monster.ca has paid off (even though it was free) in short time!
Edit: I won't be going after all. Insurance is not my fit!

Looks like I could be starting a new job soon. I'll post more details if I get it. Just got to talk to a manager tomorrow.

Ye ha!

I go see that manager I need to talk to this afternoon, and I have a job interview on Monday at IGA. Life is looking good, oh yeah!

Way to go!
IGA = a supermarket chain ?

IGA = a supermarket chain ?
Yes, otherwise known as Sobeys.
I also saw the paper's got a delivery position open, so I'm applying for it this afternoon!

Now I have two interviews tomorrow, one at Sobeys and one at Superstore. Life is definately looking better, although I wish this stomach flu I have would leave me alone!

Time for the final update:
I now have two jobs:
- working at Superstore: 25 - 28 hrs/week at 11.40/hr
- delivering papers and flyers for the Booster (pocket change)
Life is good, and I couldn't be more pleased. I'm going to keep checking in at Bethany, and see how that goes. I might soon be working two part-time jobs.
that's good new, well done. Are you gonna do anything else for the rest of the day ?
