#43 depends on if pinocchio believes it will grow or not,if he thinks it will then it wont cuz growing would be the thing that is the "truth" on his mind,if he thinks it wont then it will cuz his belief is that it wont so he is saying something that he identifies as false AKA lying,therefore it is the oposite of what he thinks will happen.if he doesnt believe anything and he says that then it would grow because if it grows or not would depend on him knowing the outcome of stuff before it happens,that would require omniscience or the ability to predict the future and it growing or not to depend on the objective truth of anything in the universe,so he could then say something like "X god is real" if it doesnt grow,you just proved a religion to be the correct one,if it grows that would be undeniable truth that that religion is "wrong",as he most likely doesnt believe that he can discover the objetive truth of reality just because his nose grows or not,it would grow by saying that
