my friend who is from India once have me breaded cauliflower and it was good. then she proceeded to say "oh I forgot the dip." and handed me 2 cups of 2 different sauces. one was "super hot, and we don't have any milk" and the other was "mild, you'll probably like it"

to this day, I now love spicy foods because idk it's fun to try the things that others are like "dude you'll die." to date, my hottest anything is sauce direct from the California Reaper. it's citrus-y which is weird, so have it with something savory or salty to balance it out.
