Am I the only one who has trouble falling asleep? I tried almost everything, but nothing seems to work. Now it's summer and the heat just keeps me awake at night, I usually go to bed around 23, but I almost never fall asleep before 1. The problem is that even with 7 hours of sleep, I feel extremely tired the day after.

don't be on your phone or electronics 4 hours before you try to go to sleep. the blue light makes your brain get full of dopamine which is basically like a shot of espresso direct to your brain at night.

lyric-less music that you've never heard of before because otherwise your brain is gonna start singing the lyrics. find a lyric-less genre that you like and just go with it if you need music to sleep.

Yeah, he's absolutely right. I personally use a blue light filter. It's better for the eyes, and it really works.
