Maybe take it to a tech shop? Idk they normally have ritualistic techniques to fix tech but they do overcharge.

9th gen and laggy is crazy, I’m on gen 7 and perfectly fine

#26 when did I ever say it was 9th gen mine is 10th gen

and my iPad Air 1st or 2nd gen used to work perfectly fine and it was from what, 2014 or 2015

But my parents gave it away to my school bcs it was clicking things on its own… factory reset would’ve solved the problem

And my old 9th gen iPad’s screen is cracked but it still works lol and as I said I’m using 10th gen rn

I have an iPhone as well. I'll say that sometimes it just plugs off charging and you need to connect the cable again and again. It disconnects from charging and I think it's just a normal apple problem. Probably nothing wrong with your iPad it's just apple lol. But yes, you plug it in via USB and suddenly it stops charging then starts and stops.. that's how it goes for me, and probably for you also.

I think it's crusty with the smeared peanut butter and all..

#33 Really? Happens with me. Although I have a phone and you've got a tablet so maybe it differs somehow?

#32 jokes aside, there’s really nothing inside the charging port, no lint or anything so I don’t really know what’s going on and this isn’t a visual problem, it also affects how long it takes to charge for example I plugged in my iPad at 1% and 30m later it’s 11% because of this problem

#35 I also have iPhone 13, had iPhone 7+ blah blah but never happened, maybe it’s a difference between usb c and lightning

#37 How do you have so many apple products lol

#38 I regret giving my iPad Air 2 though, would’ve been a good artifact or whatever you call an old device

#38 my mom traded in iPhone 7+ for an iPhone 13 so don’t really have that, same goes with the iPad Air but my mom has iPhone 13, my iPad 9 is sitting in my cupboard and I’m currently using my iPad 10 rn
