Depends, if you are young, then it's normal to forget because the brain isn't fully developed, specially the front part which affects short term memory. If you are old, then you probably will want to see a Dr

Just make sure you get plenty of fresh air , by getting plenty of outdoor exercise, such as power walking or jogging, or just taking a nice long walk , it will be very beneficial to your brain .

now you tell us.  you should seek professional help.  but if you're clinically diagnosed then i guess you already are getting help?  if so it's a bad idea to seek help from strangers online.
