Just make sure you get plenty of fresh air , by getting plenty of outdoor exercise, such as power walking or jogging, or just taking a nice long walk , it will be very beneficial to your brain .

now you tell us.  you should seek professional help.  but if you're clinically diagnosed then i guess you already are getting help?  if so it's a bad idea to seek help from strangers online.
