Sitting here talking about random stuff and reading LU all day is fun, don't get me wrong, but there's nothing productive going on. I could sit here and find geometry worksheets and prepare myself for the high school level stuff I'll be doing next year, but look where we are.
Texas is taking away phones during the school day, so I won’t even be active when school comes around in a month.

I think it's for most states. I'm a virtual student, but even I got an email about it. I'm not sure how that's supposed to work since we aren't required to have our webcams on, though...

#27 same for my high school. They aren’t implementing “phone pouches” which is a long prong of fabric on a wall with a bunch of phone sized pouches for you to put your phone in at the beginning of class.

Some of my classes had that last year. And I never put it in the thingie.

winston, i dont even own a phone. i could go to a different tab on my computer, but if i do that i'll be a confused dummy on the exam, and the teachers can see what screen you're on anyways
I didn't enjoy school, but I miss seeing my classmates and stuff. Plus, it gave me something to do other than sit and doom scroll all day.
