school is kinda easy i think it only gets hard when you turn 16 or smth

but at that point you get to drop 95% of your subjects so its calm

#24 in my experience it just gradually gets harder and harder until it’s actually hard but you didn’t even notice because it’s just been getting gradually harder. Like for me school was pretty easy and I didn’t really need to try through like 7th 8th grade but it was gradually getting harder and then in 9th grade I got a b+ in math and realized it’s actually hard now and I have to try even though it wasn’t a huge jump from last year

#32 I mean exams aren’t that bad in the us until 11th grade usually, it’s just a test but I’m taking ap classes before 11th so I have ap exams

idk just everything i read about usa school seems depressing

1. stuff you do in year 8 counts towards your overall grades when you leave school???

2. you go straight home after school ends

3. your actual classes are so easy so youre not even learning anything

Avatar of chesssblackbelt

i think theres more tests/exams in 1 year of american school than there are for the whole of year 7 to year 13 in uk school

1. that’s just false
2. At least at my school a lot of people have sports and clubs to stay for and the rest just stay for an hour or two to chill and do hw, but I’ve heard that’s pretty unique for my school
3. kind of true why do I need to know the date that some obscure Roman general had a battle or smth
Avatar of chesssblackbelt

wait how is it false? i thought you lot combine all your education together at the end?

9th-12th count towards getting into college, only college grades count after you graduate
