Cavendish, surely you're not referring to Henry Cavendish?

Named after a politician.

Henry's a more exciting character

According to forebears, only 1,462 people bear the surname Cavendish. So essentially our forebears were a very odd species who prided themselves in the food industry especially the banana context.

Cosmology exists and has existed for long, but modern it, you can't say it's all Greek to you. More times than not, it's Hawking radiation.

Hawking radiates his influence on us mere mortals, bow to the lord of Hawking while you can. Mind you, inviting all to join the Feynmanism cult. It is in reverence of Richard Feynman, the quantum field theory lad who revolutionised the field (good one). A description can be looked at on one of my most recent forums.

For all those rusty on stellar evolution (that includes me, unfortunately, in spite of having an affinity for astrophysics), here is a good link to get oneself started:

Make fruitful use of the forward and backward icons.

Who cares about Betelgeuse? What am I gonna' with all these radioactive bananas I bought yesterday at ShopRight??

Scarce of course, just acknowledge that astronomy can be fascinating to some and perhaps not fine tuned for you.

It's all relative with the general relativity influx. I theorise that eccentricity attained its peak when Kepler and Copernicus first arrived on the scene, and gradually diminished up until 1905. Afterwards, everyone become a very structured and 'rational' thinker, because they had not developed an awareness for how eccentricity led to revelations. Alright, to be fair, all pseudoscience, I would like to terminate here.

Betelgeuse is actually a giant light bulb that is dimming as it ages. Edison invented it and shot it out into space with a rocket built by Jules Verne.

Yah that's because you have to soak them in milk for a few millennia first happy.png
