Russians have not been banned. However, some parts of the site are blocked by some Russian ISPs.

But you have the North Korean flag, my coach is a female Russian soldier and she told me she was banned from chess.com and from facebook, I have another friend from Russia and he told me that he was banned for the flag. Is there a Russian with the Russian flag here?

The real question is, what will happen if/when Russia wins the war? Will Russian flags then be allowed?
