Ha! Great joke! The punchline works because Fe is the chemical symbol for iron on the periodic table and sounds exactly like the word faith so "you just have to have Fe" means both have faith and that iron is the most stable element. And the science is correct too, iron-56 is indeed the most stable element.

The joke is failed pun. It would be good if Fe sounded like faith.
