I would say that depends how you look at it. Mattew takes a smart approach by stating that water covers itself, but i would say that water doesnt cover itself. its like saying you cover yourself or that a light makes you see light. however, i do think that mattew is right in some ways, and yes, water is wet.

I think that water is a liquid and just like any liquid it makes you wet but cant have the label of wet itself, but idrk:/ Im just a girl in this world so don't take my word for it, take a scientist! anyways, thanks for reading!!<333
